Club@800 Fitness

A full range of fitness activities is available to support our members' needs. Personal training with our expert trainers can be provided and this is complemented with exercise classes including yoga, Pilates, and mat science. Sports specific programs can also be designed to complement your individual sports needs with access to expert physiological testing, nutritional and sports psychology.

Personal Training

The Club @ 800 is now working with Westchester Sports and Wellness an industry leader on certifying and educating trainers. Our staff is certified by accredited agencies and has to complete a course developed by Westchester Sports and Wellness and Charles DeFrancesco. This course is nationally recognized and is backed by National Federation of Professional Trainers. Our goal is to eliminate mediocrity in the industry by imposing more stringent guidelines for personal trainers. Did you know that most gyms hire trainers with little or no experience and pass them off as professionals? Did you know some of the most trusted gyms only require a basic weekend course for their entry level trainers and on top of that they don’t require accredited certifications.

For squash players we offer a squash specific evaluation. Doing this allows us to create individualized programs based on strengths and weaknesses. Our staff understands that progression is key and that 1 size doesn’t fit all.

The Club @ 800 offers each of our members a complementary nutritional consultation. We will guide you through an easy to understand, and easy to follow online program, you can use from anywhere you have internet access. Call us on (914) 251-1567.

We also offer the services of Richard Izzo, an acclaimed speaker on a variety of fitness related issues who is available for private consultation or group seminars.

Complimentary Fitness Assessment

On joining the Club @ 800 Squash & Fitness our trainers will give you a complimentary fitness assessment & orientation of our equipment.

Yoga

Our sessions are small and friendly focusing on the needs of the individual. Classes focus on stretching postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Our classes help to improve strength, flexibility and a feeling of inner peace.

Pilates

This combines stretching and isometric contractions to produce a smoother longer leaner looking body. Pilates is a great addition to your aerobic training.

Therapeutic Massage

Massage sessions can be booked by appointment with one of our team of masseurs. Sessions can be booked for 30, 60, 90 minutes. If you book 6 sessions in advance you get one session for free.
